Frequently Asked
The questions contractors actually ask.
Honest answers to the questions contractors ask before signing. Pricing, contracts, channels, compliance, team structure, lead ownership. If yours isn't here, ask it on the strategy call.
About Limitless
What we are, who we serve, and how we're structured.
We run focused marketing for residential contractors through dedicated industry programs: Meta ads, Google ads, Lead Setting for 2-minute inbound web-lead response, and an AI Receptionist for inbound voice coverage. The contractor signs jobs; we deliver pre-qualified, pre-confirmed appointments to the sales calendar.
Residential contractors in the U.S. and Canada who want booked appointments rather than raw leads. We serve each trade through its own program; residential window and door replacement is live today. See Industries We Serve for the current list, or book a strategy call and we'll tell you honestly whether a program fits your business.
Because cross-client signal (creative performance, audience patterns, lead-quality benchmarks, close-rate norms) only compounds when every client in a program is solving the same shape of problem. A generalist agency that runs unrelated trades in the same week never builds the depth an operator needs. A program per industry keeps that depth intact as we grow.
We're a fully remote team operating across the U.S. and Canada, serving clients in all 50 U.S. states and all 10 Canadian provinces.
A multi-disciplinary team across paid media, SEO, creative, lead operations, AI engineering, and compliance. Every client engagement has a named strategist as the point-of-contact, with deep production specialists behind them. See Our Team for the full department breakdown.
Pricing & contracts
How investment, billing, and commitment terms work.
We don't publish dollar amounts on the website because the right number depends on your market, your existing infrastructure, and your scale. Final investment is custom-quoted on the strategy call. The cost typically lands well under the revenue from a single signed job.
No. Engagements run month-to-month with a 30-day notice clause.
Yes. Your ad budget is separate from the Limitless retainer and is billed directly by Meta and Google on your card. We never touch your ad budget. Full transparency, full ownership.
Yes. Most clients start with one channel (usually Meta or Google), validate the lead source, then expand into the second channel and layer on Lead Setting and the AI Receptionist. Scope changes are 30-day-notice and prorated.
Lead ownership & data
Who owns the leads, the ad accounts, and the data.
You do. Always. Every lead generated by a Limitless campaign is yours, exportable any time, and lives in your CRM (customer relationship management) system. We never gate, resell, or share your lead list.
You do. We build inside your Meta Business Manager and your Google Ads account, under your business identity. When the engagement ends, the campaigns, creative, learnings, pixel data, and audience signals all stay with you. Nothing is held hostage.
You do. Ad copy, ad imagery, video creative, landing-page copy, all of it is yours, with full asset transfer at engagement end. The creative briefs and the production contracts are written so the deliverables are licensed to you in perpetuity.
Channels & services
Which channels we run, what services we offer, and what we don't.
Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube). Plus Lead Setting for 2-minute response on inbound web leads and an AI Receptionist for inbound voice coverage. The channel mix is custom to your market, we don't force every client onto every channel.
Yes. Most clients run Meta and Google ads together for full-funnel coverage, layer on Lead Setting for 2-minute response on every web lead, and add the AI Receptionist for after-hours phone intake. Final scope is built on the strategy call, looking at your full marketing surface and recommending the mix that won't duplicate effort.
We build conversion-focused landing pages for ad campaigns. We don't build full brochure sites, there are specialists better suited for that, and we'll point you to them if needed.
No. Our scope is paid Meta and Google, where we can measure cost-per-appointment and tune creative weekly. Organic posting cadences need an in-house owner.
No. Out of scope. We focus on Meta ads, Google ads, Lead Setting for inbound web leads, and inbound voice coverage via the AI Receptionist.
We run lead-nurture sequences as part of the lead-response stack, automated emails for booked, no-show, and quoted-but-not-signed leads. Standalone newsletter strategy is out of scope.
Onboarding & timing
What the first 30 days look like.
Onboarding takes 7-10 days from signed contract. The first 48 hours is account access and brand intake; the rest is funnel build, lead-response setup, ad creative production, and tracking instrumentation. Billing starts the day your ad account goes live, not the day you sign, so you're never paying for setup time.
Access to your existing ad accounts, your CRM (or the export we'll migrate from), your Google Business Profile, and any prior creative or photography we can draw from. Plus 90 minutes total of your time across the first two weeks for brand intake and creative review.
Common. Roughly a third of new clients are running paid for the first time. We start by setting up clean tracking infrastructure, running a small validation budget on the strongest-fit channel, and scaling once we have signal. The setup work is the same; the timeline is similar.
First appointments typically book within the first 7 to 14 days of campaigns going live. Stable cost-per-appointment (the metric that determines whether to scale spend) takes 30 to 60 days to settle, depending on your market's search volume and seasonality.
Compliance & legal
TCPA, CASL, CCPA, A2P 10DLC, the legal floor under residential lead generation.
Yes. Every lead form captures explicit, written consent for SMS and voice contact. The consent text, IP, user agent, page URL, and timestamp are stored server-side. Consent records are retained four years. STOP and HELP keyword handling is standard. Our A2P 10DLC brand is registered with The Campaign Registry.
Yes. Canadian leads receive express written consent at form-submission and are managed through CASL-compliant outbound flows separate from U.S. messaging.
Yes. California residents have the standard suite of access, deletion, and opt-out rights under CCPA / CPRA. Privacy requests route to our privacy inbox; standard response time is 10 business days, with a 45-day legal floor.
We track and apply state-specific telemarketing rules including Florida's FTSA, Washington's CEMA, and similar statutes in other states. The compliance team reviews lead forms and outbound flows quarterly as state laws evolve.
The Limitless site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA standards (visible accessibility menu in the bottom right). Client landing pages we produce inherit the same accessibility baseline.
Performance & reporting
How we measure, what we share, and what counts as a win.
Weekly dashboard with the metrics that actually matter: cost-per-qualified-appointment, lead-response time, show rate, close rate by source, and customer LTV (lifetime value) vs CAC (customer acquisition cost). No vanity metrics, no impression counts, no buried bad news.
Performance commitments live in individual proposals where they can be specific to your market and your numbers. The strategy call itself is where we figure out whether we'd be the right operator for your situation.
Yes. You have direct read-access to your ad accounts. Nothing is gated behind our reporting layer.
The strategy call
What happens on the call.
We lay out the plan we'd run for your business (the channels, the lead flow, the numbers we'd target) and talk through how it fits your market. A real conversation about what we'd do and how it works, not a templated pitch.
No. The call is free, no obligation.
No. Most of the call is diagnostic, actually looking at your numbers and your accounts. The end is about whether we're a fit and what an engagement would scope to. If we're not a fit, we'll say so.
A Limitless team member with deep familiarity with your market and channel mix. We don't promise a specific person on the call, that lets us assign whoever is sharpest for your situation rather than whoever has the most open calendar.
Question not here?
Ask it on the strategy call, or send a note via the contact form. Either way, we reply within one business day.
